 Full time home support worker for my daughter Jasmine. Requires full support personal safety and assistance with activity of daily living in order to maintain, dignity and independence. Duties include: meal preparation, serve nutritious food, feeding, assisting in personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication administration, mobilizing, taking to and from activities, companionship, cooking, safety supervision and personal intervention when necessary.

Skills and Experience Requirements: Completion of High School, must have at least 1 year or less than 2 years of full time paid employment experience during the past 2 years as a caregiver.

Salary: $23.00/hour + Worker's Compensation and Medical Services Plan is available.

Language: Able to read, write and speak fluently in English.

Credentials: First Aid Certificate, CPR. Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
