We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, screening applicants, and providing guidance to hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Full-time permanent position, 1 vacancy)

 

Work Location:

  • 1015 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON, M6H 1M1

 

Qualifications:

  • Language: English
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office, electronic scheduler

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through research and referrals.
  • Review and assess incoming applications to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Develop job descriptions and post open positions on job boards and other recruiting sites.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
  • Manage the candidate selection process, including reference checks, background checks, and other assessments.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist in negotiation and offer stages, promoting competitive yet fair compensation packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

 

Remuneration:  $37.50 per hour / 40 hours per week
