Shenston Motel is located in the heart of Bruce Peninsula, 5 minutes from Wiarton and 15 minutes from Sauble Beach.  Shenstone is under new family ownership since November 2020 and offers updated rooms including flat screen TV's with satellite,  air conditioning, coffee machines, mini refrigerator (microwave available on request), laminate& vinyl plank flooring in select rooms, private entrance to rooms & indoor access to restaurant.

Our location is one of the most strategic locations in Ontario for tourists and we have great potential for growth in the region. We aim to collaborate with number of corporates and invite their staff, family of staff, friends and relatives to visit this beautifyl location of Bruce Peninsula. 

To advance in our business, expand our branches and develop our business network, we are hiring a General Manager for our hotel. We are inviitng resumes of interested candidates who possess following skills and can undertake following responsibilities:

• making sure all guests receive a high quality of service
• planning marketing campaigns
• planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts
• analysing sales figures and producing reports
• Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities
• Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
• recruiting, training and supervising staff
• meeting and greeting guests
• dealing with customers’ complaints and other problems
• organising building maintenance
• making sure that the hotel meets health, safety and security regulations and licensing laws.
• Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep
• Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
• Expand business network by signing up new corporate clients from across North America.
