Carpenter

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Construct foundations, floor beams, sub-flooring, walls, and roofing systems.

• Fit and install trim, doors, stairs, molding, and hardware.

• Measure, cut, and join wood and wood substitutes accurately.

• Repair and renovate wooden structures effectively.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

• Follow health and safety policies and OHSA regulations.

Qualifications: 

• At least one year of related experience is required.

• Proficient with both hand and power tools.

• Ability to obtain a valid driver's license

Salary: We offer an hourly rate range from $30.00 to $48.00 / hour based on qualifications 

Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at the employer’s sole discretion.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee as minimum of 32 hours per week

Language: At least intermediate English level of proficiency  is required.
