Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee critical aspects of inventory management, including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing auto parts and related products. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of clerical staff engaged in inventory management, purchasing, production coordination, and dispatching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and implement process improvements.
• Train and mentor staff on job duties and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, equipment, and machinery used in inventory management.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Requisition necessary supplies and materials for inventory operations.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of a post-secondary education program (two to three years) in business, supply chain management, production, or a related field is required and preferably higher education.
• Several years of experience in inventory management preferably auto parts is required, with demonstrated supervisory experience.

Language Requirements: English
Salary: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
