Job Responsibilities:

ü Develop and implement cutting-edge design standards and best practices for our website.

ü Maintain a consistent and visually appealing website that aligns with our brand identity.

ü Create engaging visual elements and interactive features to enhance user experience.

ü Optimize website content using advanced graphics, databases, and software tools.

ü Conduct usability testing and user research to continuously improve website functionality.

ü Lead a multidisciplinary team to enhance website graphics, content, and interactivity.

ü Apply SEO strategies to boost website visibility and search engine rankings.

ü Analyze website performance using web analytics tools and present actionable insights.

Employer Requirements:

ü One year or more of relevant work experience

ü Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.

ü Extensive experience in web design and development, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like Bootstrap, React.js, and Vue.js.

ü Proficient in UI/UX design, creating detailed wire-frames and prototypes using Figma and Sketch.

ü Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience.

ü Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photo-shop, Illustrator, XD) for creating high-fidelity graphics and interactive prototypes.

ü Ability to manage and integrate database functionalities using MySQL and MongoDB.

ü Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

ü Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
