Job description

Company Background

Progress Sport Inc., established in February 2021, operates three badminton clubs and two independent retail stores. Specializing in the sale of racquet sports equipment both online and in-store, our main brands include Yonex, Li Ning, and Victor. Additionally, we provide facilities for badminton and table tennis activities. With rapid business expansion, we have opened seven venues across the province. Two key locations in the Toronto area are:

1. Scarborough Headquarters (Club and Retail)

Address: 291 Progress Ave Unit A&B&C, Scarborough, ON M1P 2Z2

2. Etobicoke QBC (Club and Retail)

Address: 1589 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1V1

Our company regularly organizes training courses for our badminton clubs, catering to participants of all ages, from children to seniors. As badminton is a popular indoor sport enjoyed year-round, we do not experience seasonal variations in demand. Recognizing the competitive market, we continue to expand to different regions by opening new venues. Currently, we employ nine professional badminton coaches, all of whom are local Canadians. Due to the increasing number of participants, we are seeking an additional experienced badminton coach to join our team, primarily based at our Etobicoke QBC location.
