Location: London, ON N6A 2R5

Salary: $85.25 hourly/ 30 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and carrying out strategic plans that complement the mission, objectives, and market prospects of the business.
• Overseeing the project's implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Staying updated of market trends, technological advancements, and competitive changes to guide business strategy.
• Assist in the execution of various duties to assist the succession planning process by offering direction and assigning tasks to subordinates.
• Working closely with the product development team to create, design, and introduce cutting-edge IT solutions that meet consumer demands.
• Develop long-term financial strategies for the cybersecurity division, considering market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cybersecurity.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of natural disasters, cyberattacks, or IT infrastructure failures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.

 Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, finance, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Significant experience of 5 years or more is essential.
• A solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies is crucial.
• The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
• Good understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills are essential. This includes verbal, written, and presentation skills.
