Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.

Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software, particularly Xero, for financial data entry and analysis
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

Skills:

- Proven experience in account reconciliation and analysis
- Proficiency in using accounting software, especially Xero
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Familiarity with budgeting principles
