Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
• Assist the manager in overall management and cost controlling.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Help with establishing work schedules and procedures.
• Take part in the training of new and old staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet Harvey’s quality control standards.
• May participate in the selection of food service staff.

Job Details:

Salary: $16.30/hr

Full-time & Permanent position

Qualifications

• 7 months to less than 1 year of similar experience is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• People skills
• Able to manage priorities.
• Customer oriented

Language Requirements

• Verbal and written efficiency in English
