Job description

Looking for Food Service Supervisor for Pizzaville to manage our location at 1403 King St E #3, Courtice, ON L1E 2J6 with ability to supervise 3-4 people and have experience of minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year.

Duties:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Prepare budget and cost estimates

Address customers complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, reapirs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Establish work schedules

Qualification: Completion of Secondary(High) School

Experience-7 Months to less than a year

Salary: $17.25/hr
