Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food to ensure smooth workflow.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, inventory, sales, and wastage of food, beverages and supplies.
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and food trolleys.
- Address customer’s complaints, concerns and feedback.
- Coordinating special events or catering orders to meet customer needs.
