Cafe Brio is urgently seeking for 1 Full Time Bar Manager!

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the bar’s operations, ensuring that it is clean, well-maintained, and fully staffed.
• Manage the front-of-bar and back-of-bar staff to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Create staff schedules and rotations.
• Oversee stock levels and order supplies for liquor, wine and beer.
• Ensure provincial liquor regulations are met
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Keep statistical and financial records.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
• Make improvements to the running of the business and development of the bar.
• Prepare and present staffing/sales reports.

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• At least 1 year of experience required working, supervising or managing a professional bar
• Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
