Job Position: Gas Station Supervisor

Employer: ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE

Location: Summerside, PE, C1N 3Z6

Salary: $25.00 hourly

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend

Start Date: Starts as soon as possible.

Overview:  We seek a Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE. The successful candidate will oversee our gas bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and more.

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise and authorize returns
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Manage cash and conduct performance reviews

Supervision: 3-4 people
