Salary: $36.60 hourly

Hours: 35 per week

Experience: an asset

Language: English

Requirement: Licensure by the insurance governing body in British Columbia

Education: Completion of secondary school

Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of employment: full time/permanent

Job Duties:

·        Sell ICBC auto plan insurance and other types of insurance to the clients.
·        Establish client insurance coverage and calculate premiums.
·        Ensure clients understand the terms and conditions of the insurance policies.
·        Fill appropriate forms and attach supporting documentation required.
·        Understanding the client needs and help customers with insurance renewals, changes to their policies and ensuring the coverage they have still meets their needs.
·        Establish payment method and handle payment collections.
·        Monitor insurance claims and respond to client’s enquiries.
·        Develop and maintain a positive, professional image with clients and co-workers.
·        Meet company set sales targets and ensure activities meets or exceeds company performance expectations.
