We are Vancouver’s best Mediterranean Cuisine Catering Firm, and we are looking to hire:
Position:
1 FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
National Occupation Classification (NOC): 62020
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Prepare food order summaries for chef according to customers
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Hire food service staff
• Prepare and submit reports
Terms of Employment: Full time – Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience
Language of Work: English
Wage: $20.00 per hour
