Position: Baker Apprentice – (NOC 63202)

Wage: $18.00 per hour; 40 hours per week (full-time position)

 Location of Work:  1480 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M6E 1C7

Job Description:

• Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods according to Portuguese recipes
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Ensure quality of baked products meet our standards
• Place orders for baking supplies
• Determine type and quantity of breads to be baked

Employment Requirements:

• Ability to learn and develop practical skills
• Observing all health and safety codes
• Maintain work area clean and willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn and be trained
