Permanent Full-Time Line Cook Wanted for “2331005 Alberta Ltd. o/a Holy Grill” which is a restaurant located at #1020 – 19369 Sheriff King Street SW Calgary AB.  Wage rate is $16.50 per hour and works 40 hours per week.  Benefit includes 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity.

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for customers as requested
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Plan menus and determine size of food portions
• Estimate food requirements’ costs and monitor and order supplies as often as necessary.
• Train kitchen staff.

Education: Completion of high school is an asset but not required

Language: English

Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years previous work experience directly related to any food service
